This album is absolutely incredible, and the New Zealand pressing has amazing sound quality. It's wild that this album is still so underappreciated. Every track on here is a total banger, perfectly capturing that classic 80s vibe they were famous for.
During my younger days, this album, along with The Joshua Tree and Achtung Baby, played a significant role. Perhaps that's why I hold it so dear. Either way, I'm really fond of this album. The reissue's sound quality is excellent in my opinion.
An amazing record pressing, incredible soundstage, it's like you could almost touch Bono. The vinyl is crystal clear and quiet. This release truly captures a band at their absolute best.
This album is an awesome mix of live shows and studio tracks. It gives me those U2 concert vibes - which were absolutely incredible to be at. The covers are spot on and just what they'd play live. Listening to this takes me right back. This band was phenomenal live.
This CD is absolutely phenomenal. The music is off the charts, like 6 stars out of 5. When this dropped in Chicago, it was a game-changer. Every party and bar in the late 80βs and 90βs had tracks from this CD blasting. The songs are just incredible. But, this vinyl version is just alright. Maybe it was mixed/mastered with CDs in mind????? One day, it'll get a proper vinyl release and it'll knock our socks off again, just like the CD did back then.
