The packaging is truly excellent, featuring a fantastic gatefold with some insightful interviews and great photos of the band on the inner sleeve. However, it does have some issues with occasional noise between tracks and an irritating click at the start of the 'Megalomania' track, even after giving it a thorough cleaning. Apart from that, the rest of the sides play well without any skips.
The volume may be a tad low, but it sounds fantastic overall. Crank it up! It's great to listen to different lyrics on the live versions.
Along with the black poly-lined inner sleeves, there are printed sleeves featuring top-notch band photos. However, these aren't lined, so I'd suggest using protective inner sleeves (like Katta) for extra safety. The black sleeves are also a tad too short on one side, leaving a portion of the record's surface uncovered. For me, that's a significant risk of damaging the vinyl. As for distinguishing this edition from another similar one, the easiest way is to check the number of copyright lines at the bottom near the barcode. This version has 3 lines, while the other one has 5 lines of text.
The sound quality is fantastic, nothing to complain about, but you gotta crank up the volume quite a bit.
The sound quality of my pressing is fantastic. I reckon I've got the right version since the labels match, but the runout numbers are a bit confusing. On Side 3, it says R1 552925 C2 instead of C1, so I'm not entirely sure what's going on there. My copy came with the sleeves shown in the picture, but the records were wrapped in black poly lined sleeves, which was a nice surprise as it saved me from having to find sleeves for two of the records. The sound is what matters most to me, and it's excellent.
