Awesome sounding set. Ideal mix for the laid-back listener. Adore it.
Out of all my Target limited editions, this one's the least impressive. It's clear that not much care went into making it. The sound quality's alright and the blue color's nice, although it's more royal blue than the teal I was hoping for based on the online pictures. The inner photos are neat, and it comes with matching inner sleeves. I would've chosen a different track list for a "best of" album, but there are some good songs. It was worth buying, but I'd rate it a 3 out of 5.
I was hoping to find a copy of GRRR!, so you can imagine how thrilled I was to stumble upon this gorgeous item for just a fraction of the usual cost. Absolutely brilliant packaging!
Hey, there's probably some compression going on, but it sounds fantastic, clean audio! I matched it up with some Hi-Res tracks, and turns out this is a solid CD collection! I got it to stack up against these 3 vinyl records, even though I occasionally felt it was a tad 'flat' (less dynamic), it's still great.
It seems like there's been a repressing. The release is the same as far as I can see, except for the hype sticker being missing. The sleeves and labels are identical, right down to the barcode. The differences are in the runout matrices. They're not hand-etched, but rather stamped. Side A: 270799E1/A 10-100729/B002980701-A Side B: 270799E2/A 10-100729/B002980701-B Side C: 270799E3/A 10-100729/B002980701-C Side D: 270799E4/A 10-100729/B002980701-DI'm not sure if this counts as a separate release. Maybe it does. I'll leave that for others to judge. The sound is okay. It's a bit on the quiet side, but it's fine. Not amazing, just fine.
