I've got the one with black-on-red A / red-on-black B labelings, which is surely not the same as what's shown here, but it's the only variant I've spotted with the back cover barcode reissue.
This record sounds fantastic, incredibly crisp and distinct. And, of course, it's a fantastic BOC album. There's a lot of enjoyable tempo shifts and pauses, peculiar lyrics, and Dharma's awesome guitar riffs.
The original US copy I've got is harsh & squashed, making it downright uncomfortable to listen to with headphones. But this Speakers Corner version? No such issues, just a sweet tonal balance that lets me turn it up loud (like it oughta be!)
Speakers Corners has truly outdone themselves with this superb re-release. The audio quality is right up there with the original I bought way back in the mid-70s, boasting a spot-on tonal balance (no funny business with the equalization), yet offering even more depth and crispness. The pressing is absolutely top-notch - pristine and silent, even surpassing my ancient copy, which, let's just say, might have seen one too many spins.
Incredible album, incredible packaging. It's a top-notch release. Every song is a winner.
