This is an amazing vinyl release of a fantastic experimental album that should reach more listeners. The record is perfectly flat, silent, and has incredible dynamics with powerful bass. There are so many captivating tracks and sounds to explore. If you're into Lynch and Badalamenti, don't miss out on this one—you'll likely be glad you gave it a spin.
In my opinion, this is the best sounding collaboration between Lynch and Badalamenti that I have. The sound production, mastering, and vinyl pressing are all fantastic. Sadly, my first copy arrived slightly warped, but it doesn't impact the audio quality, I suspect it got damaged in shipping since the packaging was bent. Apart from that, the black vinyl version sounds absolutely amazing. I'm thrilled to have this record in my collection!
Fairly decent for psychoanalysis back in '49, Pennsylvania; but not quite up to par for a mug of Sunny Thursday Kenyan Coffee in 2024, Ukraine.
