Whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral, we always publish it. However, we screen every review to ensure it is authentic and free of profanity. These checks happen automatically, though a human occasionally steps in. We never pay for reviews.
This album was a bit of a disappointment. I wasn't too worried about the sound quality (I knew going in that a used copy wouldn't be pristine), but I was surprised to find that a couple of tracks were off. The first one is Saw Red, which is the second song on the record. It's Saw Red alright, but not the acoustic version I was expecting. The second issue is Freeway Time in L.A. County Jail. This song isn't even on the record, even though it's listed on discogs and printed on the back cover. The last track is actually Pool Shark, which makes sense since it's a memorial record for Bradley, but I didn't know it was included because the discogs listing (not the seller's, the actual discogs info) didn't mention it, and it wasn't written on the record itself. I'm not sure if this is an official pressing from Skunk Records, but if it is, there were really two mistakes on their part. Other than that, I love the rest of the record, it's just those mix-ups that I wish I knew about when I first listened to it!
