I'm aware that I'm going against the grain and the majority opinion, but in my view, this is Chico Buarque's finest album, miles away from 'Construcao'. This record strikes a perfect balance, steering clear of the Bossanova sound (which I enjoy, but can sometimes feel monotonous to my ears and senses), blending Samba, popular tunes, and incredibly inspired lyrics. 'Passaredo', 'Vai Trabalhar Vagabundo', and 'Voce Vai Me Seguir' are the standout tracks.
