This press left me a tad underwhelmed. The vinyl's noise level was higher than I'd hoped - RTI's quality control with high-quality vinyl seems inconsistent. The sound quality and mastering are top-notch, well-balanced, though there's a touch of harshness on the 'S' sounds. The artwork is sturdy, but the absence of an inner sleeve for such a legendary album is a letdown from Rhino.
Truly an amazing record pressing. It's incredibly vivid and rich. The cover art is gorgeous. You gotta have it!
Terrible mastering job. Sounds thin and empty. Had to get another version.
My copy is in good shape on both sides and sounds awesome, if you ask me.
